Outdoor Furniture Sets (non Teak) Rattan Dining & Lounge Sets delivery information.
The courier B Star VIP Logistics will contact you directly to organise delivery via the phone number provided on your order, normally by text within 10-15 working days. Look out for a text to which you can reply to the proposed date with a “yes” if the date is convenient. You can also reply to this with extra delivery information.

On the day of delivery you will receive an email with a LIVE Tracking link so you can track the Van that is delivering your item. This means you don’t have to wait at home all day. Their drivers also call when they are on the way.
When they arrive simply tell them where your item needs to be placed and they will do the rest.
Please note, for an agreed and booked-in delivery with B Star VIP Logistics, if the delivery fails a £75.00 re-book charge applies so it’s important to let them know if you need to re-arrange.
Yes we do! However, at this stage we are limited to our outdoor cushions and small accessories.

Full details regarding standard delivery times and considerations for customers are provided in the delivery and returns section of the website. However, they are summarised as follows:
DPD deliveries – 2 working days
Tuffnells deliveries – 2 working days
Pallet deliveries – 7-10 working days*
2 Person deliveries – 10 working days
*Benches with plaques are up to 14 working days to allow for plaque engraving.
If you order an assembled bench or multiple items then for safety of the items we will despatch these on a pallet. There are some key points of note for deliveries that are made on a pallet;
1. Delivery is to kerbside only. This means that if you need your items taken to a specific location then you should arrange for someone to assist you with this (unless you have paid for a specialised delivery team).
2. The driver is not obliged to take the pallet away. Whilst pallets are generally quite sought after the delivery route planning often means that drivers are unable to take the pallet back with them (and particularly if the bench(es) cannot be taken off the pallet straight away by yourself). You can ask the driver if they can take it but please do not be offended if they cannot.
They may be able to request for collection by another van at another time but we often advise that if the pallet is left in a prominent roadside position then this will be a far quicker way to have it removed (particularly if you pop a little note on it). Pallets can also be taken to most local civic amenity sites.
If you wish to change your delivery address, delay despatch or provide any special or useful instructions not included with your original order please email this to support@fieldandhawken.co.uk.
We will make every effort to implement the changes requested and include additional instructions, however this information must be received before the order has been prepared for despatch.
Any changes requested after despatch preparation will need to be made directly with DPD and some information is best provided directly to DPD by the recipient as well.
If your delivery is on a pallet, the pallet will be delivered to ‘kerbside only’ and the driver is not permitted to assist you in getting your items to another specific location. You should arrange for someone to assist you to move the items to be taken to a specific location or contact us when your order is placed to see if a specialist delivery team can be arranged.
If your property has a driveway that a hand pallet truck can be used on then the driver will usually be able to take the pallet along the drive to the property. The driver is not obliged to take the pallet away with them.
If this is the case they can be disposed of at most local civic amenity sites.
Our two-man delivery team will be able to help get your item into its chosen room (provided it is on the ground floor) and set it up.
A two-man ground floor service is included as standard with the following items;
- All Live Edge table and sets
All teak root tables over 1.5m in size and all sets
All extending outdoor tables over 1.9m
All outdoor dining sets for 8 or more people
If delivery is required to a non ground floor location (E.g. requiring stairs or lift to access) then please contact use to discuss how we can help.
Deliveries are managed through one of our selected courier partners;
Small and medium sized items, including all cushions and folding chairs are despatched using DPD on a next working day delivery service. DPD deliveries can be tracked online or using the DPD app, you will receive email and text updates from DPD.
All 3m (and bigger) parasols, unassembled benches and some medium sized items are normally sent using Tuffnells on a next working day delivery service. You will receive a delivery email from Tuffnells regarding your delivery. https://www.tuffnells.co.uk/track-and-trace.
Most heavy and large items as well as fixed chairs will be sent with a pallet courier service using the Palletforce network. Standard delivery is delivery 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and you should expect to be able to receive your order 3-5 working days after despatch from our warehouse. https://www.palletforce.com/our-services/track-my-pallet.
The courier partner network Palletforce uses a range of local organisations to complete the customer delivery of the items. If a specific day for delivery has not been requested, then the courier will contact you by phone within 24 hours after despatch from our warehouse to book a convenient delivery day with you.
If your delivery is on a pallet then the pallet will be delivered to kerbside only and the driver is not permitted to assist you in getting your items to another specific location. Specialist delivery teams are subject to availability and will be chargeable.
The delivery driver is not obliged to take the pallet away with them and whilst you are welcome to ask them to do this at the point of delivery, there may be circumstances that mean they are unable to take it. If this is the case, then due to general demand, most pallets will be taken away if left in a location at your property that is visible from the road. Alternatively, they can be disposed of at most local civic amenity sites.
Very Large and Heavy items, including live edge tables, teak root tables and sets, reclaimed teak sets, and large teak garden sets will be delivered using a 2 person delivery team.
Field & Hawken will provide an email confirming despatch of your order from our warehouse.
Delivery of orders for small and medium items including, all cushions, folding chairs and parasols will be within 1-2 working days after an order is received.
Large items and fixed chairs are 5-7 working days.
Teak root furniture, live edge furniture, and engraved items is up to 10 working days to allow for selection of your unique piece or mock-up wp-contentroval and engraving.
Please note that any small items ordered with larger items, will be despatched together in the larger item timeframe (unless you advise item is required sooner).
We do strongly recommend that you or someone on your behalf is available to accept delivery of the bench. Whilst we do not anticipate any issues, we or the delivery company cannot be responsible for the condition of the bench if it has been delivered and not checked or signed for by you or someone on your behalf.
If you really are unable to be present for the delivery then please let us know along with your consent for the delivery to left without signature and we will advise the courier partner to leave it without this.
It is possible to request a specific delivery date (Monday to Friday) on a standard delivery for pallet and 2 person deliveries, just call or email the requirements to our customer services team on 0118 942 2248 or support@fieldandhawken.co.uk. Standard deliveries will take place between 9am and 6pm on the day of delivery.
It is possible to request an AM or PM delivery slot for pallet and 2 person deliveries but there is an additional charge for this service. Either select this upgrade at checkout or contact the customer service team with your requirements on 0118 942 2248 or support@fieldandhawken.co.uk who will make the arrangements and process the additional payment.
All deliveries made via DPD can be managed through the DPD app or website using your tracking information.
Standard delivery is a delivery 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please see ‘How will my order be delivered?’ for courier information and delivery times.
Standard delivery is included on all orders over £30 to UK mainland addresses. All other delivery requirements (2-day delivery, specific time slot, Saturday etc.) will incur an additional charge (see information on additional delivery options for pricing)
