Our Website is provided on an “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure
the Website functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence,
fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Intellectual property.
All content on this Website (including text, images, designs, logos and software) is owned by or
licensed to Field & Hawken Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our
prior written consent.
Placing an order.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms.
A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Pre-orders.
For items marked “available from”, payment is taken at the time of order. If we are unable to
supply the goods, we will issue a full refund as soon as reasonably possible.
Pricing and payment.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the point of order using accepted debit or credit cards.
Promotions apply only at the time of order and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Delivery.
Delivery options and charges are shown clearly at checkout and depend on the size and weight and the postcode of the delivery.

Upgrade options are available and priced at checkout and depend on postcode availability. 1 person and 2 person delivery upgrades include moving goods to room of choice on ground floor or garden area (where available) and do not packaging removal or assembly.

Cancellations and returns (consumers).
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving
your goods. In addition, we offer a 30-day returns policy, subject to conditions.

Exclusions from cancellation.
The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke, made-to-order or personalised goods, or where
services have been fully performed with your consent.
Faulty or incorrect goods.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair,
replacement or refund.
Product information.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate. Dimensions, weights and
colours are approximate and may vary slightly. All items are subject to availability.
Reviews and user content.
You must be 18 or over to submit reviews. Reviews must be genuine, lawful and respectful.
We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate or misleading.
Limitation of liability (consumers).
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us.
Subject to this, our total liability relating to any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Additional terms for business customers.
If you are purchasing as a business, consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
Any returns are accepted at our discretion unless required by law.
Risk passes on delivery (or attempted delivery), and title passes once payment is received in full.
We exclude liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption and indirect losses,
to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply.
Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
