The reclaimed teak 2m oval dining table from Field & Hawken is a wonderful dining table due to its characterful wood and carefully crafted construction. The reclaimed wood in our furniture has been rescued from old industrial buildings and homes in Indonesia before they are demolished and typically the wood being recycled to create these impressive tables can be up to 100 years old resulting in each table being unique to another.
The reclaimed teak oval tabletop has a smooth but natural wood texture finish which still displays the natural grain and contours of the historic wood used. The tabletop is fixed to the robust ornate legs which are also crafted to display the wonderful texture and natural colouration of the reclaimed teak. Overall, the table provides an incredible dining experience that is perfect for 8 people and everyday use.

Matched with this great table are 6 live edge full length back dining chairs made from suar wood. Sustainably sourced suar wood is growing in popularity due to its solidity, beauty and that it is a fast-growing and eco-friendly choice for furniture manufacture. Each of the 6 chairs is perfectly unique with a single solid back design and will provide years of use thanks to its sturdy and well-crafted construction. As each chair has unique variations in grain markings we will provide you with images of available chairs to choose those that are right for you.

The table arrives in 3 sections (2 leg sections and a tabletop) plus a spreader bar, and simply requires the legs to be attached to the tabletop using the bolt fixings provided and the spreader bar slotted into place.

The chairs arrived fully assembled and ready to use.
